Princess Leia was played by Carrie Fisher in the original Star Wars trilogy. The Princess is one of the main characters in Episodes IV - VI and member of the Rebel Alliance. One of the most famous movie quotes "help me Obi Wan Kenobi, you're my only hope" is spoken by Leia in the original film (A New Hope) when Luke Skywalker purchases an escaped droid from the Princesses ship which (unbeknown) to him contains the technical plans to the Empire's Death Star. Carrie Fisher is due to reprise her role in Star Wars Episode VII in 2015.
